What is your opinion of abortion with regard to cases of rape or incest?

If the rapist or incentous father is arrested, he would not be sent to the electric chair or to receive a lethal dose right, then, why punish to death the innocent unborn child for the crimes of the father?





This is a loop hole in our legal system.What is your opinion of abortion with regard to cases of rape or incest?
I believe that abortion is an issue that should be decided by the individual. In a case of rape or incest, this is even more important.





The mother will most likely be deeply traumatized by her horrible experience, it is important to look in her perspective, she's been violated in unthinkable ways by a stranger, or even worse, someone she trusted. The being growing inside of her will be half of this violator, it's hard to image her not seeing her perpetrator in the new child.





While some people may be strong enough to overcome this experience and love their child regardless, many are taken over by the strength of this attack, not able to keep their child, or at times, even carry it to term.





So in my personal opinion, abortion is always in the choice of the individual woman, and her freedom of choice should not be tampered with, especially in such a volatile situation.What is your opinion of abortion with regard to cases of rape or incest?
It depends on the person that is carrying the child. Their age and mental state should be taken into consideration. There is the possibility of resentment towards the child born through an act of rape and/or incest and this is where the Mother of the child should be cared for adequately to ensure both child and Mother lead a normal as possible life away from criticism or guilt.
whether rape or incest, or endangering the life of the mother it is the woman's right to choose she is the one that has too live with it after wards
it should be allowed if that is what the woman wants, especially in these cases. its her body and her choice.
It should be illegal in ALL and EVERY case.
